deep voice in "Cheri Cheri Lady"

Whose is that deep voice in Cheri Cheri Lady? The one that sings "cheri lady lady lady" along with the falsettos

I'm pretty sure I can hear that voice along with SIB's backing vocals too.

It can be heard most clearly at minute 3:33 of the Special Dance Version of the song.
