Judging by the hairstyle the pics have been taken on same day???
So Thomas' photo session for single "Es geht mir gut heut nacht" was taken September 1984, but his pics with Dieter also look like have been taken on same day.
So its not really true that they tried to hide who Modern talking was with YMHYMS. maybe they really had plans to make Modern talking successful.

"You're My Heart, You're My Soul" entered the German charts for the first time in 21 January 1985 at 38th place.
10 days later, 'MT' have a photo-session with BRAVO magazine with famous photographer Fryderyk Gabowicz.
But for a long time they sold the idea to the public that 'MT' was supposed to be secret and the success 'unexpected'. Turns out it was all planned.
And it's crystal clear that they bought the charts.
