(ignore the big logo) this was posted on a MT community. Thomas and Nora are kissing on the couch and his left hand with the black ring is visibly clenching into a fist.

Asides the clenched fist, he is staring into somewhere, not looking into his wife.

It's a "peck" on the lips nothing more. But even in that he still feels very uncomfortable and stressed which shows a lot.
