There is no way Dieter wrote the songs thinking about hearing Thomas sing them, because that would be forcing him to say that he wants Dieter?

Dieter didn't write the songs, he wrote the lyrics in German which were translated later in English. But he also wrote lyrics in English here and there, where his poor vocabulary is noticable.

Of course he wanted Thomas to sing the songs with so much emotion. It would have been stupid not to ask somebody with such a voice to sing like that. Do You Wanna was co-written by English lyricist Mary Applegate. So femininity, submissiveness and emotion are definitely present in the song.
