Dieter and the gay bar incident

What if Dieter arranged a possible rape in a gay bar? I read somewhere that Dieter said that gays are something like a nice bunch so he has met them. What if Dieter knew a gay group from that gay bar? Dieter decided the dates and locations where they would perform.

This is just my speculation.
