The caption said that this was from "The best of Formei Eins", captured on 20th of October, 2004 (3 years after his wedding with Claudia).
The woman of the picture is allegedly Grace Jones, a jamaican model. She was with her husband ultil 2004 (they never got divorced legally), so, I don't know with they were Separated at this specific day.

I would say it's nothing serious. Even Thomas doesn't seem to particularly like that he was being kissed.
